By accessing or using CryptoLovers (cryptolovers.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

2. Description of Service

CryptoLovers is a cryptocurrency analytics platform that provides real-time market data, price tracking, charts, order book visualization, DeFi analytics, liquidation monitoring, and related information aggregated from public third-party sources. We are an informational platform, not a financial institution, exchange, or broker.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on CryptoLovers constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All data, analysis, and content is provided for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Data Sources & Accuracy

CryptoLovers currently aggregates data from third-party exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget, MEXC) and data providers (CoinGecko, DeFiLlama). We are actively building our own proprietary data infrastructure — including direct blockchain integrations and independent data pipelines — to reduce dependency on third parties and provide a more reliable, accurate experience.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the information displayed is complete, accurate, or up-to-date at all times. Data may be delayed or temporarily unavailable due to exchange API limitations, network issues, or data source transitions as we migrate to our own infrastructure.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload our services
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Submit false or misleading information in listing applications
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate CryptoLovers staff or representatives
• Redistribute our data commercially without written permission

CryptoLovers reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or block access to any user who violates these rules, without prior notice.

6. Token Listing

Tokens are listed on CryptoLovers automatically based on their availability on supported exchanges. We do not verify, audit, or endorse any token. The presence of a token on our platform means only that it is traded on at least one exchange we track — nothing more.

• Token listing is free of charge. We never charge fees for listing.
• Submission of a listing application does not guarantee listing.
• We reserve the right to reject, delist, or modify any listing at our sole discretion.
• Listing does not imply endorsement, recommendation, or verification of any kind.
• Some tokens listed may be scams, fraudulent, or high-risk. Users must conduct their own research before interacting with any token.
• Projects are solely responsible for the accuracy of information in listing applications.
• CryptoLovers will never ask for payment for listing. Beware of impersonators.

7. Sponsored Content

Some tokens or content may be marked as "Sponsored." Sponsored content is paid advertising provided by third-party projects. It does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or verification by CryptoLovers. The advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of sponsored content. Users should exercise the same caution with sponsored tokens as with any other token.

8. Intellectual Property

The CryptoLovers name, logo, design system, and original content are our intellectual property. Third-party data (exchange prices, token logos, project descriptions) belongs to their respective owners and is displayed solely for informational purposes.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform links to third-party exchanges, block explorers, and project websites. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of these external services. Trading on exchanges carries significant risk of financial loss.

10. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions. CryptoLovers provides data and information only. Any decision you make — including but not limited to buying, selling, holding, or trading any cryptocurrency — is entirely your own responsibility. We do not participate in, facilitate, or influence your financial decisions in any way.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoLovers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the data
• Investment or trading decisions made by users
• Financial losses of any kind, regardless of whether the user relied on our data
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Actions or failures of third-party exchanges, protocols, or token projects

12. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
